Strategic Associate Director, Medical Education & Alumni Philanthropy

University of Maryland seeks an Assoc. Director of Medical Education and Alumni Philanthropy – Residents + Fellows, Emergency Medicine Concentration to lead major gift cultivation and stewardship for UMSOM/UMMC. You will identify, solicit, and manage donors capable of $100k+ while advancing institutional priorities.

You will build scalable residency/alumni philanthropy programs, partner with Emergency Medicine leadership, and drive annual fundraising goals with a strong donor-centric strategy.
