Strategic Advisory Summer Analyst – Activism & M&A

Evercore seeks to hire Strategic, Defense & Shareholder Advisory Summer Analysts in New York for Summer of 2028. The 10-week program provides undergraduates with a strong interest in investment banking, shareholder activism and corporate governance, with exposure to blue-chip clients and a fast-paced environment.

Analysts will create materials on activist activity, engage in analytical research, and support client presentations while gaining experience across M&A and governance-related projects.
