Job Description
Commercial Lead / Strategic Account Manager — US
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.
Remote, anywhere in the US
Base + Bonus Up to $200k + Equity
Permanent, full-time
Company overview
Our client is a stablecoin card platform. They give companies everything they need to launch branded card programmes that let their users spend digital assets anywhere cards are accepted — issuing, conversion, compliance and settlement in one stack.
Sitting at the intersection of stablecoins and global payments, they power programmes across wallets, neobanks and marketplaces worldwide. They are live, growing fast, and building out the commercial team to match.
Role overview
This is not a hunter or new-business sales role. It's an ownership role for the relationships and deals already in motion.
You'll own the partner pipeline end to end: the person who knows exactly where every partnership stands, why it's there and what needs to happen next — and who drives that progression personally, coordinating across product, compliance and treasury to get partners live.
Reporting into the commercial organisation, this is a mid-level individual contributor role in a small, fast-moving team with no layers to hide behind.
What you'll own
Partner communication
Serve as the clear, reliable source of truth on the status of every partner in the pipeline, for internal stakeholders and leadership
Translate technical, compliance and commercial complexity into status updates non-specialists can act on
Partner relationship management
Own the day-to-day relationship with each partner from first serious engagement onward
Be the primary point of contact partners rely on throughout onboarding and beyond
Pipeline organisation
Maintain a single, organised source of truth for the full partnership pipeline — stages, blockers, owners and next steps
Keep the pipeline structured and current as partnerships move and priorities shift
Deal progression
Drive each partnership from inception through signed agreement and launch
Coordinate proactively with product, compliance and treasury to clear blockers
Flag risk and stalled progress early, with a clear recommended path forward
What is required
* * Roughly 3-5 years managing enterprise-level relationships
* A background in enterprise AE, account management, customer success or go-to-market and partnerships — the muscle matters, not the exact title
* A track record of end-to-end ownership: managing a relationship from early engagement through close, not just one stage of it
* Organised xawqmyg and communicative by default, building your own systems for tracking status rather than needing one handed to you
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and chasing internal stakeholders to keep deals moving
* Energised by ownership and follow-through rather than pure hunting
* US-based and authorised to work in the US
* Understanding of embedded finance, card issuance or crypto and stablecoins is an advantage, as is general product fluency — neither is required
Why join
Fully remote, anywhere in the US, with no office requirement
Shape how the partner pipeline is run rather than inherit someone else's process
Direct line into product, compliance and treasury, and visibility with leadership
Work at the intersection of stablecoins and global payments, on a platform that is already live
Join the commercial team early as the business scales
