Supporting key client accounts in a remote environment, the full-time Strategic Account Associate will manage day-to-day client communications, contribute to strategic planning, and enhance client relationships while gaining valuable experience for career advancement. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts, developing a strong understanding of client goals and challenges Assist in the development of budgets, monitor account finances, and identify growth opportunities to enhance client success Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project strategy, timelines, and deliverables, while participating in client meetings Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical communications or a related client-facing role, or an advanced doctoral-level degree Experience working directly with pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to strategic discussions Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
