Pay Rate: $144,000 - $244,000
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Oakland, CA

Summary:

• Lead the implementation of Icertis (Contract Lifecycle Management) as part of business and technology modernization efforts.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensure alignment with goals of standardizing business processes, enhancing data quality, and enabling technological innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Contract Lifecycle Management subject matter expert representing procurement teams in the S/4Hana Modernization program.
• Support all project phases as a representative of the procurement process in design workshops and business requirements for L3/L4 processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within the new tool to accelerate value realization.
• Facilitate socialization of future state design concepts with peers.
• Validate business requirements against documented regulations and procedures.
• Identify gaps and cross-functional design requirements, solving unique and complex problems.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex processes with cross-functional impact.
• Work with senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years of related or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience working in Icertis CLM or supporting an Icertis implementation.
