Store Team Leader: World‑Class Service & Team Growth

The Paper Store is seeking an Assistant Team Leader in Bellingham, MA to guide high-performing teams, maintain TPS standards, manage payroll, and train staff in all areas of the store. You will ensure sales goals are met and uphold visual presentation standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will report to the Store Team Leader and participate in ear piercing duties at select locations, while modeling the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and driving world-class service.
