Store Team Leader - Customer Experience & Operations

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may lead the store during the manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts, guiding the team to deliver outstanding service.
