Dry Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager by motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering a high-energy customer experience. You’ll help lead day-to-day operations, coach staff, and build relationships to drive store growth.
As a key support to the manager, you’ll execute sales initiatives, monitor performance, and implement solutions to improve service quality and meet store goals. You may work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
