Store Team Lead – Customer Experience & Ops

Rocky Ace Hardware in Springfield, MA seeks a Team Lead to assist in daily store operations and act in the absence of the Store Manager. You will supervise team tasks, ensure friendly customer service, handle receiving, pricing, and merchandising, and support inventory and security procedures.
