Store Sales Lead: KPI-Driven Team Leader

HOKA in Colorado is seeking a Sales Lead to manage shift operations, drive sales and customer satisfaction, and lead a team in delivering exceptional service. You’ll set targets, open/close the store, and collaborate with management to create memorable shopping experiences.

You’ll stay current on product knowledge, act as a HOKA Expert, and maintain a positive, energetic store environment while ensuring accuracy at the register and inventory control.
