Store Operations Leader

Ridgeway Petroleum Inc. is seeking a salaried store position in California with a focus on sales, supervision and daily operations.

The role reports to the Franchisee and requires the ability to handle multiple store duties, maintain safety standards and ensure high-quality customer service. The successful candidate will supervise, train and perform all duties across CSR, Lead CSR and Store Assistant roles, while adhering to Ridgeway’s policies and safety procedures.
