Ross Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations and support the Store Manager in all areas of the store. You will ensure excellent customer service, supervise Associates, manage payroll, scheduling, and compliance, and help drive profitability while maintaining Ross standards.
This role requires strong leadership, scheduling accuracy, and ability to train staff, recruit, and develop Associates while upholding company policies.
