Store Operations Leader — Assistant Manager

Ross Stores in Katy, TX is seeking an experienced Store/Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and uphold company standards. You will supervise non-exempt associates, schedule staff, and ensure exceptional customer service across the sales floor, registers, and fitting rooms.
