Store Operations Leader – Assistant Manager, Full-Time

Goodwill of Southern New England is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rhode Island. The role supports the Store Manager in overseeing donations intake, processing, merchandising, and daily financial performance.

You will supervise associates, coordinate community service workers, and drive customer service excellence. Successful candidates will manage weekend/evening hours and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment while maintaining loss prevention and cash-handling procedures.
