Store Operations Leader - Assistant Manager

Ross Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to supervise multiple retail functions and lead store operations in accordance with company standards. You will support the Store Manager, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure customer service excellence at the registers, service desk, and sales floor.

You will coach and develop non-exempt Associates, oversee safety and regulatory compliance, and drive performance through effective utilization of store reports and merchandising standards.
