Store Operations Leader — Assistant Manager

OXXO USA is seeking a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of our retail locations. The role oversees daily operations, ensures the store is well-stocked, clean, and delivers friendly customer service while managing financial transactions.

You will lead Sales Associates, handle inventory, and maintain store image to company standards. A valid driver's license and retail experience preferred, with schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
