Store Operations Leader - Assistant Manager

Goodwill-Industries-of-Arkansa is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations in the manager's absence, supervise staff, and ensure excellent donor and customer service while meeting budget targets.

Responsibilities include interviewing applicants, maintaining personnel files, handling bank deposits, cash register duties, inventory, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Travel within Arkansas may be required; compliance with company policies is essential.
