Store Operations Leader (Area Supervisor)

Ross Stores is seeking an Area Supervisor who will join a leadership team to oversee a specific area of the store and manage daily operations as the Manager on Duty. You will supervise Associates, ensure merchandise presentation, and maintain a safe, organized shopping environment.

The role requires excellent communication, English fluency, prior supervisory experience, and familiarity with POS systems. Evening and weekend work is expected as part of standard retail hours.
