Store Operations Lead — People & Display

The Salvation Army in Avon, Ohio seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in daily operations and to supervise staff. You will ensure adherence to accounting, employee, and store policies while coordinating back room production and its proper display on the sales floor.

You will also receive applications and participate in interviewing applicants as needed, helping to maintain smooth store operations and excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.
