Store Operations Lead: Grow People & Performance

Dollar General is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in our Ohio location. You will oversee staffing, training, merchandising, ordering, and customer service, ensuring sales goals and company standards are met.

Responsibilities include interviewing and developing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing the cash handling process, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers and teammates. Previous retail management experience is preferred.
