Store Operations Lead (Evenings/Nights) — Growth & Benefits

Johnny’s Markets in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead second and third shifts and to stand in for the Store Manager when needed. You’ll help keep the store clean, stocked, safe, and welcoming during morning, noon, and night while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll oversee HR duties, training and scheduling, and supervise staff while aligning with company goals to boost sales and manage expenses. Strong communication and reliability are essential.
