Store Operations Lead & Customer Experience

ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking a Shift Leader to direct daily store operations and supervise team members during assigned shifts. You will open and close the store, ensure excellent customer service, and monitor performance to maintain standards.

You will handle cash, report daily activity, resolve customer issues, and protect company assets while upholding health and safety policies. Some flexibility and travel to multiple locations may be required.
