Store Operations & Guest Experience Lead

Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween in Shreveport, LA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to enhance Guest Services. You will help drive sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing merchandising and inventory in line with company policies.

This role requires prior retail or management experience, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
