Similar to Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Operating all equipment
- Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Preparing products
- Receiving and processing telephone and walk-up customer orders
- Cleaning equipment and facility continuously
- Delivering product by car and then to the door of the customer
- Maintaining food and product accuracy and inventory accountability
- Maintaining labor accountability and employee productivity
- Handling all cash and ensuring accuracy
- Coaching and training all employees in all areas
- Maintaining a clean and professionally run store
