Responsibilities

• Manage the selling environment, floor assignments, and ensure impeccable customer service.
• Maximize staff sales performance through product education, coaching, and reviewing transaction statistics.
• Support Sales Professionals to achieve goals by monitoring suggestive selling and providing feedback.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently.
• Develop and execute plans for thank you note compliance and telephone/email outreach; supervise communication content.
• Lead by example to maintain a respectful selling environment and role model company values.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of selling and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proven sales development and coaching skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
• College degree preferred.
