Job Purpose
- Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employeesthrough the use of daily observation forms, monthly one onone meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching.
- Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross sellingtechniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans,and features.
- Retain customers by provide outstanding customer serviceto new and existing customers in both sales and servicetransactions.
- Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately andwithin required time frames
- Perform up to 10 Business to Business sales outreachappointments per week.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Weekend availability required.
