Job Purpose
- Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through daily observation forms, monthly one‑on‑one meetings, and on‑the‑spot redirect coaching.
- Achieve monthly sales quota by cross‑selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
- Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service in sales and service transactions.
- Complete operational duties accurately and within required time frames.
- Perform up to 10 business‑to‑business sales outreach appointments per week.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Weekend availability required.
