What You'll Do
- Lead & Grow Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach employees to deliver outstanding service

Requirements
What You Bring
- 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager)
- Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
