Bogey’s Wellsburg Cafe is seeking a motivated and reliable Store Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily paperwork and sales reconciliations accurately and on time
- Manage and place weekly store orders to ensure proper inventory levels
- Build and maintain strong managerial relationships with staff
- Create and post weekly employee schedules
- Fill in for staff during call-offs or emergencies as needed
- Train, supervise, and support team members
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor store performance and implement improvements where necessary
Qualifications
- Previous retail or convenience store management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle unexpected situations calmly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
