Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Wailea, HI, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and leading the sales team. This role includes managing staff scheduling, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. The Store Manager will monitor inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation to maintain brand standards and drive sales performance. Responsibilities also involve handling cash management, implementing retail loss prevention practices, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. The Store Manager will track key performance indicators, support local marketing initiatives, and collaborate with leadership on store goals and improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective interpersonal and Communication skills to lead teams and support customers.
- Experience in Store Management, including daily operations, team supervision, and sales oversight.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect company assets.
- Previous retail or fashion/apparel experience, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Wailea, HI, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as needed.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, basic reporting, and inventory management tools.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, retail management, or related fields is beneficial.
