Role Description

The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vacaville, CA, responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations. This includes leading and developing store associates, driving sales performance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience on the sales floor and at checkout. The Store Manager manages merchandising standards, inventory processes, and store presentation to align with company guidelines. The role also involves monitoring and implementing retail loss prevention practices, enforcing company policies, and maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized environment. The Store Manager collaborates with district leadership on staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Proven Store Management experience, including supervising teams and overseeing daily retail operations.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, associates, and leadership.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and ability to apply them consistently.
• Previous retail leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume, off-price or specialty environment.
• Ability to analyze sales reports, key performance metrics, and use data to drive decisions.
• Capability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
