Key Responsibilities
* Manage all day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff supervision
* Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws and ATF regulations
* Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Oversee firearms inventory, transfers, background check procedures, and recordkeeping
* Maintain a clean, organized, and secure retail environment
* Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and product expertise
* Monitor sales performance, set goals, and implement strategies to drive revenue
* Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and compliance authorities as needed
Qualifications
* Proven experience in firearms retail or a related industry
* Strong working knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and accessories
* Thorough understanding of firearms laws and compliance requirements
* Leadership or management experience preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to pass required background checks
