Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees; ensure proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.
• Supervise daily store opening and closing; provide leadership in safety, security, and operational policies.
• Analyze financial and sales data to identify trends, control expenses, and optimize inventory levels.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, stocking, and storage following company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, complete documentation, and support staff development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to interpret manuals, safety rules, and procedures.
• Strong math skills, cash handling knowledge, and inventory management experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Preferred high school diploma; management experience in retail is a plus.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations.

Physical & Work Environment

Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds; occasional climbing and driving; fast-paced environment with moderate noise; exposure to weather conditions.
