Qualifications & Expectations

We are looking for:

• Ability to use various software platforms: Napa Tracs, Autovitals workflow, Google Sheets and Docs, and various spreadsheets.
• High level of customer care and service satisfaction.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Management experience with up to 10 employees.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Will always say yes and maintain a positive energy.
• Goal‑driven.
• Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use.
• Maintain equipment and showroom in good condition.
• Proven experience as automotive service advisor or manager.
• Excellent knowledge of customer relations and satisfaction.
• Working knowledge of vehicles.
• Ability to manage phones, customers, and software.
• Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protection against accidents and dangerous fluids, chemicals, etc.
