Rather than stepping into an already established operation, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside company leadership throughout the planning and preparation process. The selected candidate may begin employment prior to the store opening, helping to recruit and develop the team, prepare operational processes, and play a key role in bringing Good Earth Markets to Southern Utah.Job PurposeThe Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, team development, customer experience, sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
