Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 - $20.75 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the total operation of the store, maximizing sales and profitability.
- Establish and maintain Guest Services and control expenses.
- Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 21.
- Flexible working schedule.
- Prior retail management experience.
- Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
