Store Manager – Spencer's (Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween)
Hourly rate ranges from $19.77 – $20.02 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services.
- Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, merchandising and inventory control.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Ensure physical demands such as standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 21.
- Prior retail management experience required.
