Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services.
- Oversee and be accountable for store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
- Control expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management.
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 21.
- Physical demands: more than 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience required.
