Location: Lynnwood, WA

Annual Salary: $67,600 – $94,600

Hourly rate ranges from $24.13 to $24.38 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management.
• Manage merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 21.
• Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
