Location: Denver, CO Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year

Job Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They oversee and are accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management.
• Manage merchandising and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.
