Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services.
- Oversee and be accountable for store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
- Control expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management.
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 21.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Physical demands: over 8 hours standing/walking/climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Responsible for controlling expenses, shrinkage, and HR management.
