We're looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead one of our busy automotive service centers. This role is responsible for sales, profitability, workflow, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and sales performance
• Coach and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
• Manage workflow, repair orders, and customer communication
• Drive profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Control expenses, inventory, and shop standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, professional environment

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
• Automotive industry experience preferred
