Position Description: Self Storage Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee developing and executing sales and meeting operational goals.
- Manage a local storage facility.
- Train part time employees accordingly.
- Oversee local marketing, building relationships with local business leaders to promote services and build brand.
Qualifications
- The ability to manage staff.
- Operational experience in the self‑storage industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience with sales and administrative duties.
- Possess a high level of problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions with limited supervision.
- Experience coaching and training employees toward stated operational and sales goals.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted.
- Experience in marketing and building relationships with local businesses and community leaders is a plus.
