Store Manager - Scottsdale Neiman Marcus

Summary

As a Store Manager you will own the store business and represent the brand, driving overall store performance and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will lead and inspire the team, build succession plans, and ensure operational excellence across sales, inventory, and merchandising. The role requires a hands‑on leader who can manage P&L, develop local sales strategies, and collaborate with corporate partners on events and stock planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive and increase sales performance and develop local sales strategies to grow the business.
• Analyze results and implement action plans to improve category performance and client acquisition/retention.
• Lead client management initiatives, CRM use, private appointments, and VIP relationships.
• Plan and deliver events and incentives in collaboration with Retail Events and merchandising teams.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, reporting, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrink control.
• Hold full P&L responsibility and control controllable expenses while ensuring store compliance with policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are on display.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop staff, implementing performance management and career progression plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years related experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Proven drive for results, goal oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using POS systems and inventory management functions; RTW experience preferred.
• Organizational skills and strong digital literacy; foreign language skills a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
