Store Manager

We are seeking a hands‑on Store Manager to lead daily operations for a high‑touch retail location in Los Angeles. This person will bring strong leadership, a customer‑first mindset, and an appreciation for thoughtful products, visual presentation, and a polished in‑store experience.

The Store Manager will oversee the team, build schedules, coach and develop employees, and ensure the store is operating efficiently each day. This is an active, floor‑focused role for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, supporting a team, and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and team coverage.
• Train, coach, and motivate a retail team while setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience and support the team in building lasting client relationships.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and a clean, organized sales floor.
• Monitor store performance, inventory needs, and operational priorities.
• Partner with leadership on sales goals, staffing, and overall store success.

Background

• Retail leadership experience, including Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or comparable management roles.
• Strong people‑management and scheduling experience.
• Background in visual merchandising, client service, marketing, or specialty retail is valuable.
• Positive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
