Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and team coverage.
- Train, coach, and motivate a retail team while setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability.
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and support the team in building lasting client relationships.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and a clean, organized sales floor.
- Monitor store performance, inventory needs, and operational priorities.
- Partner with leadership on sales goals, staffing, and overall store success.
Background
- Retail leadership experience, including Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or comparable management roles.
- Strong people‑management and scheduling experience.
- Background in visual merchandising, client service, marketing, or specialty retail is valuable.
- Positive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
