Responsibilities
- Running and monitoring all store operations;
- Oversee all store departments and various department managers;
- Work with employees;
- Create work schedules;
- Communicate and place orders and/or oversee orders with suppliers;
- Deal with customer complaints;
- Be a team player and create a healthy work culture;
- Self-motivated and takes initiative.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities;
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
