Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers
- Handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management
- Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
- Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained
- Perform light maintenance and operational tasks as needed
- Support a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
Qualifications
- Preferred:
- 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer skills (email, systems, reporting tools)
- Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Lift and move up to 40 lbs
