The Opportunity
We're looking for motivated and hands-on Store Managers to lead our locations across all markets. This is a leadership role where you will take ownership of store performance, team development, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily store operations with accountability and energy
* Recruit, train, and develop team members
* Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
* Manage inventory, shrink, and operational controls
* Ensure food safety, quality, and brand standards
* Analyze store performance and implement improvements
* Build a strong, positive team culture
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of retail, restaurant, or convenience store management experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with strong operational focus
* Comfortable with POS systems and reporting tools
* Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience and market)
Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on sales, shrink control, and operational metrics
