Salary: $80,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations for a new retail location. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and can create an engaging in-store experience while driving sales performance.

Store Hours

• Sunday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and ensure a welcoming, efficient customer experience.
• Develop strong customer relationships and build repeat business through personalized service and outreach.
• Drive sales performance and support the team in meeting established sales goals.
• Promote new arrivals, products, and store initiatives through direct customer outreach and social media support.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach store staff; conduct regular one-on-one meetings with key team members.
• Partner with operations leadership to oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, stockroom organization, and daily restocking.
• Identify inventory opportunities, including low-stock items and products frequently requested by customers.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
• Plan and execute in-store events that strengthen customer engagement and support sales.
• Oversee point-of-sale and e-commerce operations, including Shopify-related processes.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience with responsibility for sales, team leadership, and store operations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with staff scheduling, hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Working knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and stock control practices.
• Experience using POS and e-commerce platforms; Shopify experience is strongly preferred.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing operational priorities with a high-touch customer experience.
