Salary Range: $45,200.00 - $57,222.00 per year
Responsibilities
As a Graeter's Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the store and its operations, including interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of world‑class associates while driving store sales through promotional activities, merchandising techniques, and local marketing.

Requirements
- Retail and/or food service background; minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role leading at least 5 people
- Math and language skills: able to work with and analyze sales numbers, ratios, measurements, percentages; read and comprehend instructions; write professional reports and memos; speak before a group with poise
- Minimum high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and 5–7 years of supervisory experience
- Physical demands: able to lift up to 40 lbs.; move supplies and equipment around store and vehicles; stand for prolonged periods of 8+ hours
